Scholorship
The El Reno Arts Council offers a $500 scholarship each year to aid in higher education cost to an El Reno resident pursuing a college degree in the arts. For this scholarship program, arts are defined as vocal and instrumental music, music education, performance, music theory, composition, art, art history, arts education, creative writing, drama, theatre, stage management, film studies, dance, photography, graphic design, costume design, architecture, interior design, digital animation, sound design, video production and interactive digital design.
