The El Reno Art Council's Haunted Trolley is an annual fundraising event that began in 2021. The event includes a ride on the Heritage Express Trolley with surprises along the way. Once downtown the riders exit the trolley and walk thru the El Reno mural alley where haunters are waiting your arrival. This annual tradition blends art, community engagement, and a bit of scare, all for a good cause.
